Soda bread is so simple to bring together and can be made in minutes. In this class we will be working through recipes from Darina Allen's new book - The New Ballymaloe Bread Book - we will make traditional Irish soda bread, soda bread scones, sweet soda bread, soda bread pizza and more. We will also make three types of crackers - homemade crackers are simple to make and easy to control what goes into them!
Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
