In this class we will work together to make Northern Italian style pasta dough (egg based) to use in three different ways. We will make alfredo, a seasonal sauce as well as a traditional Genovese pesto with fettuccini. Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients. Bonus recipes include southern Italian pasta recipes, additional sauce recipes as well as a traditional lasagna recipe.
