All things cheese! In this class we'll make a cheese fondue, learn the ins and outs of preparing a perfect cheese board including making accompaniments to go with your cheese board, make a classic cheese sauce, Welsh rarebit, cheese straws using our puff pastry, parmesan crips, homemade ricotta and more. 


Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
