January 15 | Stew and Dumplings

In this class we will work together to make a classic beef stew, Irish stew and chicken stew. We will learn to make the perfect fluffy dumpling to top our stews as well as mashed potatoes and polenta. Included in this hands on class is an extensive recipe pack with bonus recipes and dinner with wine.
