January 7 | The Mexican Table

In this class we will work together to cook a delicious Mexican meal. We will make two soups - a delicious chicken soup from Oaxaca as well as a tortilla soup. We'll make guacamole and two types of salsa, fresh tortillas and tacos al pastor as well as a vegetarian taco. For dessert -- we'll be making churros! Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
