March 15 | The Irish Table

The Irish don't have a reputation for good food (Kaelin would beg to argue here!) - in this class we will work with the best of Alberta's producers to cook up a delicious Irish meal just in time for St. Patrick's Day. All recipes will be inspired from Kaelin's favourite recipes from her time in Ireland at Ballymaloe Cookery School. Included in this class is dinner with a glass of wine, a hands on class and a full recipe pack.
