March 24 | Cooking From: Ottolenghi Test Kitchen

Yotam Ottolenghi has built an empire in the UK - his name now a brand. His books are brilliant and in this new series "Test Kitchen" along with chefs that work in his test kitchen he is bringing approachable cooking to home kitchens. These books were born through the pandemic to inspire people to get into the kitchen, all with a Middle Eastern twist, the recipes are simple, attainable and no doubt delicious. Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands on cooking class, along with an extensive recipe pack with recipes from the two books.
