We're bringing back our fish and seafood class by request. In this class we will talk about sourcing seafood in a landlocked province and work together to create a delicious meal. We will work with various fish and seafood to make a fish pie, classic French mussels, fish cakes, a seafood chowder and more. Included in this hands on class is an extensive recipe pack with bonus recipes and dinner with wine.
