English food has a bad reputation as overcooked and bland - but I’m here to share that it’s far from that. In this class we will work together to make potato and leek soup, bangers and mash, we’ll share our sausage roll recipe and show you how to make a classic sausage roll as well as an appetizer size and we'll make Scotch eggs. And for dessert - Bakewell tart. Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
