We have had lots of requests to bring back our "Advanced Sourdough" class - this class is a new an improved version of the advanced class based on feedback from previous students. In this casual class we will gather in the workshop to talk all things sourdough - from successes to struggles, to what you hope to get out of your sourdough baking (thing adding nuts, seeds, cheese or dried fruit, sweet sourdoughs, higher hydration, different grains etc.,). Kaelin will have dough prepped and ready to practice shaping, adding different fillings and different grains to experience and consider in your baking. Included is a recipe pack with new sourdough recipes. Please note this is for students who have previously taken a sourdough workshop with Awn Kitchen or the Ruby Apron.
