Cooking Classes

Cancellations

Classes are non-refundable. Cancellations will be considered on an individual basis and there is no guarantee of a credit. Unexpected circumstances will be considered.

Cancellations within 14 days of the class will not be eligible for a credit or refund, unless we are able to fill the spot - which we'll do our best to do.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the class will not be eligible for a credit. The best option is to find a friend or family member to take your spot.

Multi day or week classes are non-refundable. Credits

Credits issued for a class cancellation expire 6 months from the date of issue. We try our best to offer classes consistently, but the class you cancel may not appear on the schedule again within the lifespan of your credit. In this case you will need to redeem your credit towards a different class.

Switching Classes

Requests to switch classes at least 14 days prior to the day of the original class will be approved and processed if there is room in the desired class.

When switching classes, if the new class costs more, the difference will be invoiced to the student. If it costs less, the difference will be issued in the form of a gift card.

Additional Notes

If Awn Kitchen has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or illness, a full refund will be provided in the original payment format, or the opportunity to rebook in any class of equal value at a later date will be provided.Please note, if you have booked with a credit, the refund will be processed as a credit.

Credits and gift cards have no cash value and are non refundable.

Gift Shop and In-Person Retail

Unopened merchandise can be returned within 10 days of the original purchase. All food and ingredient sales are final.

Private Bookings

Due to limited dates for private bookings we are unable to accommodate refunds for private bookings but will do our best to accommodate credits. Any cancellations for private dates within 21 days of the event are not eligible for a refund or credit.
