On the nights I don't feel like cooking or feel stretched for time, I usually turn to a box of good quality pasta and what's in the fridge for inspiration. Lots of simple sauces can be made as quickly as you cook the dried pasta. We'll talk about sourcing dried pasta and why you'd turn to dried pasta over fresh pasta, we'll make four different pastas and seasonal salads. Leek, cream + prawn; tomato and fennel sausage; pasta with tinned fish; and more. Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
