Brunch - is there a better meal? In this class we will work together to make a no fuss (but impressive!) buffet that doesn't leave you over the stove cooking bacon and eggs for a crowd as well as two one dish meals! We will work through recipes that can be prepped ahead, lighter and heavier options whether it's for Christmas morning or a different day over the holidays.
Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
