There’s more to Awn than cooking! I’m a passionate knitter and believer in the power of community, and I’d love to welcome you to our new monthly Knitting Circle at Awn Kitchen. 

We’ll meet once a month to begin, with the possibility of growing the circle in 2026. Whether you knit, crochet, weave, or work with fibre arts of any kind, bring your project and join us around the table.

For July - we're taking the Knitting Circle outside (weather permitting). If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll move the picnic indoors to Awn Kitchen. We'll meet at Sir Wilfred Laurier Park, I'll pack the picnic and all the bits and pieces we need. Bring your knitting and a chair! Please note there will be vegetarian options for lunch. 

Your $25 seat includes lunch and homemade lemonade, plus the best part—you leave the clean-up to us.
