Late June and early July I found to be one of the most overwhelming times of the year in the kitchen -- in the best way -- we've waited so long for the abundance of flavour and colour. Everything seems to come into season at once with both fruit and veg. In this new seasonal menu we'll make a chicken dish, a pasta dish, use veg and fruit to create tasty treats. Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
