Late June and early July I found to be one of the most overwhelming times of the year in the kitchen -- in the best way -- we've waited so long for the abundance of flavour and colour. We'll use seasonal veg and fruit to create an all new early summer salad class menu. From side salads to lunch salads and mains. Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
