Late June and early July I found to be one of the most overwhelming times of the year in the kitchen -- in the best way -- we've waited so long for the abundance of flavour and colour. We'll use seasonal veg and fruit to create a perfect small bites menu - talking about how to host a small bite party without it being more work than it needs to be. This menu will feature all new small bites recipes. Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
