I remember being at culinary school and being told, "it's always better to take something you know someone will use rather than a bottle of wine that will never be opened." Edible gifts (or food related gifts!) are always a great option. We will make cookies and savoury biscuits that can be prepped ahead and taken to a friend frozen. Savoury and sweet nuts. Chutneys and jams. We'll talk about packaging and how to bulk up recipes.
Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
