We’ll start with a glass of bubbles before getting to work in the workshop. Making both a classic white loaf of bread as well as brown bread. We’ll build the classic tea sandwiches - coronation chicken, egg salad, smoked salmon and cheese and cucumber. It won’t all be savoury - we’ll perfect the perfect scone three ways - plain, fruit and rosemary to serve with homemade raspberry jam, cream and homemade butter. We’ll make a cream pastry for fruit tarts, a coconut and raspberry slice and an almond slice. Fresh lemonade and rhubarb cordial, and of course, we’ll have proper tea.
Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
