A cookbook + book club and a cooking class! We'll be launching these series three classes at a time, at a discounted rate. Included in each series are the three books (valued at $125 for this series) that we will be reading and discussing as a group, a 3 hour hands on class with a full meal and wine, and a recipe pack featuring recipes from the featured cookbook. While we enjoy the meal we have prepared we will discuss the book we've read for the month.
Each class is from 6:00pm - 10:00pm.
September 24 | Cookbook - Mastering the Art of French Cooking by Julia Child; Book - The Gastronomical Me by M.F. K. Fisher
October 22 | Cookbook - Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat by Samin Nosrat; Book - Food Rules by Michael Pollan
November 19 | Cookbook - A Simply Delicious Christmas by Darina Allen; Book - The Christmas Chronicles by Nigel Slater
Please note - books need to be picked up at Awn Kitchen and will be available from the first week of February.
Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
