In this class we will work together to make both chicken and vegetable stock, talk through beef stock, and the difference between a raw and roasted stock. We will learn a basic vegetable soup technique, recipes for soups that freeze well, and make a variety of seasonal soups to enjoy with fresh biscuits. Although we will only make 5 - 7 soups, the recipe pack is loaded with soups to enjoy throughout the seasons!

What to expect:

  • A meal that we will work together to prepare
  • A hands-on class where you can do as you learn (dress comfortably and ready to cook!)
  • A recipe pack of what was prepared in class, bonus recipes, and how we source ingredients

Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands-on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
