In this class we will work with pork, beef and chicken - talking about sourcing, different cuts, how to prepare different cuts and how to cook with different cuts / types of meat. Pushing our food dollars with buying cheaper cuts of meat and eating less but better quality is a value at Awn Kitchen which we will be sharing in this class. A classic beef stew, roast chicken dinner and ideas for pork. Included in this class is dinner with a glass of wine, a hands on class and a recipe pack with bonus recipes.
